During a three-year (2021-2024) intensive study on "Are intramuscularly injectable vaccines' feasible to stop respiratory-based pathogens?" to determine the feasibility of such mode of vaccination, gathering 3+2 experiment-clinical case meta data, literature review, and global observation, we have formulated six scientific justifications that serve us to evaluate whether this mode is feasible or not. One of them relates to public, politicians-benefieters and experts' misperceptions about vaccination issues. According to numerus analized leterature as well as our Media sssessments: not few believe that vaccines act like other drugs (expecting immediate result) and others think that vaccines are harmful microbes (citing the attenuated small pox vaccine). Unfortunately, because of such fallacies, most of us are not willing to inject vaccines into our bloodstreams. Therefore, number of antivaxxers with the help of some Media as well as social media heroes are growing; neglecting the vaccine developers, the politicians-authorities too, based on their interest can be pro- or anti- vaccine. However, the other astonishing and more serious our finding is that not few experts and vaccine developers' a deliberate or poor concept on intramuscularly injectable vaccines. They consider that this mode of vaccination is universal to train the body to be capable in the production of sufficient antibody on time and within every part of the body. Again, such myth most probably comes from the Small-Pox and Polio eradication outcomes. Certainly, if we neglect the role of implemented other prophylactic measures and awareness about these viruses, the injectable mode of vaccination against them considered effective. However, our experimental-clinical case studies meta data and literature review show that not all injectable mode of vaccination (if any) are capable to trigger the production mechanism of the respiratory organs based antibodies. All these messes erupt because we, the responsible scientists, deliberately/innocently fail to alarm the public and others stakeholders at least about the real nature of vaccination principles. In other words, unless we eliminate such myths, that can lead into vaccine hesitancy, alone producing effective vaccine and or vaccination mandatory will not lead us to a feasible result.

Dr. Dessalegn Temesgen Leye is a pedagogic (MSc) and Biochemist (PhD, since 1997). As an assistant Professor, delivered Biochemistry and nutrition as well as research methodology based courses at higher education Institutions. His research interest is diverse: Pedagogy and ICT related studies; extracting bioactive compounds from animal and plant sources and testing their activities. However, recently, he is highly concentrates on how flaws in School Feeding systems cause permanent physiological dysfunctions; ways of infectious diseases preventions; and vaccination issues.
